Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
• May require 0-1 year of general work experience
• General knowledge of mechanical functions

Nice To Haves

• Able to detect defects at 12" distance
• Able to Lift 50 Pounds
• Able to read/understand WI
• Use of Basic Measuring equipment
• Basic computer skills (entry & navigation)
• Attention to details
• Basic Understanding of concepts (What)
• Basic troubleshooting & escalation as needed
• Awareness of Lean/NBS
• Identification of safety/env issues

Responsibilities

• Set-up Equipment & Measuring Devices
• Enter Data in information Systems
• Load/Unload & Operate Machine
• Use Tooling for assigned equipment
• Use appropriate Materials (RM, SA, FG) and maintain traceability
• Basic Troubleshooting
• Follow specifications and record P&P data
• Identify non-conforming material
• Track production through shift (VDM)
• Achieve standards & Doc Issues
• Cross train on other equipment
• Maintain a cleaning working environment & Line clearances
