Combined, we are now a referenced global leader in Hand Protection and Safety products. Job Summary As a Production Associate II, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. Utilizing a reach a truck, you will navigate the necessary department(s) within the warehouse to accurately pick products per order requirements. You will also use an RF scan gun to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate a reach truck, electric pallet jack, and RF scan gun with proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and customer specifications.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting, especially in picking or material handling, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Reach Truck to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed production rates set for specific customers while maintaining quality standards.
  • Retrieve orders and specifications from the production desk to ensure accuracy in the folding process.
  • Conduct quality checks on folded products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve any issues in the folding process.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
