The position involves working onsite during the weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 4:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role requires adherence to safety policies and practices to maintain a clean, safe, and health-conscious work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements, building products by following certified processes, and completing assigned work while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics. The employee will record information on shop floor paperwork, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with team members. Additional tasks include handling, transporting, storing, and inspecting components and final assembly devices, as well as setting up and operating manufacturing equipment. High manual dexterity is required to use tools such as microscopes, soldering irons, and tweezers.
