Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of plant care and cultivation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass any required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role.
• Familiarity with cannabis cultivation techniques and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of plant biology or horticulture.
• Ability to operate cultivation equipment and tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cultivation tasks, including planting, watering, feeding, and maintaining plants.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation team.
• Participate in the harvesting process, including trimming and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area and equipment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
