About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Sorter to support the Rental Division. The primary responsibility of the Garment Sorter is to safely and accurately sort customer garments in numerical order based on the garment ID. This role is crucial in ensuring that the garments are organized and ready for processing, which directly impacts the efficiency of the rental service provided to customers. Garment Sorters are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area, ensuring a safe and organized environment that promotes productivity. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work. This means that not only must they sort garments quickly, but they must also ensure that the sorting is done correctly to avoid errors that could affect customer satisfaction.
