About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer products manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded products, and preparing bundles of clean, folded products for delivery to customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that the products meet the quality standards expected by our clients. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area, which is essential for both safety and efficiency in the production process. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, meaning that the Product Folder must meet or exceed a production standard for folding products. Additional compensation incentives, such as higher hourly pay, are tied to exceeding these production standards. The work environment is fast-paced and schedule-driven, requiring employees to complete tasks quickly while adhering to safety protocols. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, as the quality of the folded products directly impacts customer satisfaction.
