About The Position

Join Our Team as a Production Associate! We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Whether you're experienced in production or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team. Hours: 7AM-5PM Monday through Thursday. Pay for this position is $19.95.

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.
• Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from machines, conveyors, etc.
• Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
• Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
