About The Position

Job Summary: This position requires the employee will acquire a thorough knowledge of the Company's products and the procedures and policies applicable to packaging, Primary Responsibilities Fulfill work orders using cutting machinery (Chop Saw/Band Saw/Auto Saw), creating chain sets and workshops assignments assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager. Record accurate work order information – quantity produced, quantity scrapped, raw materials used, etc. as required by the work order. Perform quality control of raw materials and finished goods during the production process. Work with a safety-first mentality. Assist in team projects and be open to direction change to fit the company’s needs. Assist in coordinating and performing inventory counts as assigned to assist other departments. Other duties as assigned by management. Represents Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters.

Requirements

This position requires standing and walking to a significant degree.
Must be able to read a tape measure, keep accurate count on documentation and occasionally and frequently lifting10 lbs. or less. May require a two-person lift of large, bulky items up to 50 pounds.
Excellent attention to detail with quality mindset.
Must have previous experience using electrical cutting devices and tools while implementing safety.
High School Diploma/GED
