About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Bulk Product Bagger to support the Rental Division. The Bulk Product Bagger is responsible for accurately counting and placing clean bulk product into an industrial bagging machine to prepare bundles for delivery to customers. Bulk Product Baggers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meaning the Bulk Product Bagger must meet or exceed a production standard for bagging product, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.
