About The Position

Creative Foam has been a leader in designing and manufacturing cellular and non-cellular foams and plastics for the automotive industry since 1969. We are looking for General Production Associates to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves various support functions in the manufacturing process, including assembly, inspection, labeling, trimming, packaging, and sorting of foam component parts. Responsibilities

• Ensure that parts being produced meet/exceed customer quality requirements.
• Ensure that parts are packaged according to work instructions.
• Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.
• Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to Creative Foam policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the organization's safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
