About The Position

The position involves setting up and operating cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce the final product. The individual will inspect parts for product quality, perform standard work, and utilize process control methods to complete the manufacturing process. Routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment is also required. The role includes reading and interpreting process documents, following detailed procedures, and maintaining applicable records. Additionally, the individual will assist in training new associates on standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers, and inspection. Communication of cell production issues to the Production Team Leader and other team members is essential. The role requires a willingness to work in various capacities, including molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous industrial assembly background preferred but not required.
• Verifiable and solid work history.
• Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
