Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
• Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong decision making and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize/exercise good judgment and ensure issues are quickly resolved.
• Full understanding and adherence to food safety compliance standards, including HACCP, CTS, SOP, Safety, GMP, and JSA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Straightens dough in pans on moving conveyor, requiring speed and manual dexterity.
• Removes defective product from the line.
• Racks product and pans weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Sets guides according to pan size and makes adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Assists other positions during operation and performs other duties as assigned.
• Fills out communication boards daily.
• Maintains work area to '5S' cleanliness, housekeeping and organizational standard.
