About The Position
Creative Foam is seeking General Production Associates to support various functions in the manufacturing process. This role involves the assembly of foam component parts, inspection, labeling, trimming, packaging, and sorting. The position is crucial in ensuring that the products meet customer quality requirements and are packaged according to specific work instructions. Associates will also be responsible for data entry into the Plex manufacturing system and will need to alert personnel regarding quality deficiencies and equipment issues. Continuous improvement and maintaining a clean work area are essential aspects of this role, along with adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
