About The Position

Michelin is hiring a Production Associate for the 1st Shift Sheet Rubber Line in Junction City, KS. The role involves manually assembling production parts using provided machines and tooling, practicing safe work habits, and adhering to safety procedures and guidelines. The associate will demonstrate knowledge of standard work instructions, follow verbal and written procedures, and complete production documentation accurately. Responsibilities also include identifying and documenting deviations from normal operations, assisting in training less experienced personnel, and interacting with support functions such as Quality and Maintenance. The position requires troubleshooting basic mechanical operations and maintaining cleanliness in the operational area. Overtime may be required, including weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Ability to hold, push, pull, lift, and carry items up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to use small parts and handheld tools to assemble products.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
