About The Position

The Production Associate will work with other team members throughout all departments to perform excellent work and continuously improve. The job will consist primarily of working in a shop floor environment to manufacture, package, and move product in multiple production cells. Work may include operating machinery and recording production data.

Requirements

• Able to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers).
• Willing and able to operate equipment including saws, metal presses, drill presses, and routers.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Team Player: committed to improving, learning, and collaborating with others.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform work to standards for safety, quality, and time while identifying abnormalities.
• Maintain and improve organization and cleanliness of work area.
• Support the team in solving problems for customers and improving processes.
• Regular care and adjustment of tools and equipment.

• Create and pursue self-development plan.
