Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 am to 12:30 pm Recruiter: Tammie Stacye/[email protected] As a Production Associate, you will apply the compression temperature/pressure method to fill various high-pressure cylinders, including Industrial, Medical, and mixed gases.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree
  • Must have the ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs.; occasionally lifts 76-100+ lbs. with the aid of a cylinder cart.
  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend all hand written and computer generated documentation.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pumping equipment for repackaging gases.
  • Conduct attentive pre-fill and post-fill inspections to ensure cylinder integrity and fill accuracy by weight or pressure.
  • Accurately maintain filling records and remain guided by all regulatory procedures (local, state, and federal) to ensure full operational safety and alignment.
  • Prepare and verify outbound shipments. This includes inspecting pallet straps, supporting truck inventory management, and coordinating cylinder organization to create efficient load arrangements.
  • Maintain a safe environment by understanding and respecting gas properties and labels.
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for cylinder sorting and transport.
