Responsibilities

• Coordinates workflow of area(s) for production receipts, pick release, pick confirms, and billing release to meet consistent processing times.
• Ensures that the work group has necessary resources to complete requirements.
• Provides feedback to supervisor and responds to requests from internal customers via telephone or e-mail.
• Maintains files and records in an organized manner and manages order statuses in Smartsheet as required by supervisor.
• Issues and corrects errors in inventory location and quantity as applicable.
• Assists warehouse personnel with material location management including cycle count and lot control.
• Processes daily clean-up reports and corrects any discrepancies.
• Ensures conformance to all aspects of the ISO 14001 standard and Construction Specialties' Environmental Management System.
