Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or order processing preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/MRP software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders for fabricated insulation products.
• Verify order specifications, materials, and quantities before production.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure schedules are met.
• Track order status and update internal systems accordingly.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams regarding order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of production and shipping schedules.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies or delays.
