About The Position

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to support hands-on, small-batch product manufacturing and product development. This is a highly hands-on role working across multiple custom product lines including wooden fingerboard decks, obstacles, and wheels. This position is not a production line job —it is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a small shop environment where products are built, assembled, sanded, finished, and quality-checked with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Full training is provided, but candidates with woodworking, furniture-making, cabinet-making, or hands-on shop experience will thrive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making physical products, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants a more creative and engaging environment than traditional factory work.

  • Ability to follow instructions while also adapting to changing daily priorities
