We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. REAL ALLOY/IMSAMET of Arizona is looking to add a new Production Assistant to our team in Goodyear! The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in all furnace operations as required in a timely, but safe manner to ensure smooth running operations, as well as a productive shift. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in manufacturing environment desirable
• Reliable attendance
• Flexibility to work rotating 12 hour shift work, including nights and weekends
• Position requires a person willing to working in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing outdoor environment, and wearing protective equipment while working around molten metal
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test
