Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and production software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day production activities.
- Support the production team with set preparation and breakdown.
- Manage and organize equipment and supplies for shoots.
- Gather and prepare production documentation, including call sheets and scripts.
- Maintain communication between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist with research and sourcing of locations, props, and talent.
