About The Position

This position is an entry-level position into the mortgage industry. Training is provided, and many candidates train into other higher level departments and positions within 12-15 months (loan processor, closing, loan officer assistant, operations). Others enjoy this role and choose to stay in this position long term. Full-time, nonexempt, Mon-Fri, reports to Production Assistant Team Lead. Requirements

At least 2 years office experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and generally tech savvy
Demonstrated ability for extreme attention to detail and critical thinking
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize, multi-task, manage time, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, courteous, positive, collaborative, and client-centric spirit that embraces diversity and inclusion

Nice To Haves

Experience that is helpful but not required: data entry/scanning, accounting/bookkeeping, mortgage (disclosure, funding, closing, processing, post closing, shipping), real estate (contract to close)
