About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in supporting different departments, including pre-production planning, on-set operations, and post-production activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film, media, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in film and television production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production tasks and support various departments as needed
• Help set up and break down equipment on location shoots or in studios
• Maintain organization of production materials and equipment
• Coordinate with crew members for scheduling and logistics
• Assist in managing background talent and coordinating their activities
• Aid in the preparation of production reports and documentation
