About The Position

The Production Assistant, Marketing (Project Hire) role at Disney involves supporting the Creative Marketing Production team in producing original content for marketing current and upcoming programs. This position combines administrative tasks with on-set responsibilities, requiring attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The role is a project hire expected to last approximately 12 months.

Requirements

• 1+ years prior entertainment industry experience (including internships)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Overall knowledge of pre-production and on-set protocols (film study experience applies)
• Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously
• Mac Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Coordinator and leads by performing general and project-specific administrative tasks as assigned
• Responsible for updating, organizing and archiving all general and shoot specific production materials with guidance from the production coordinator or lead
• Help schedule various meetings with internal and external attendees
• Other on set and administrative tasks, as assigned
