Bowdoin College is located in Brunswick Maine with a student population of almost 2000. We make everything from scratch and consistently rated in the top 10 for college dining! We have our own butcher shop, bakeshop and organic garden that all supply food to our 2 dining halls and 3 retail locations. This position supports Moulton Union Dining Hall. Under supervision of the Cold Food Production Coordinator, with guidance from PA I, prepares ingredients for cold food items for salads and sandwiches to recipe specifications. Replenishes salad bar during service. Assists with front and back of the house sanitation as needed. This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 on first paycheck and $250 after 90 days).
