About The Position

The position involves monitoring, inspecting, and making necessary adjustments to production equipment to maintain efficient material flow as directed by a supervisor and/or based on knowledge of the production process. The role requires a basic understanding of various production processes and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of tertiary crushing and raw milling circuits.
• Knowledge of kiln feed, firing, and clinker cooling systems.
• Basic knowledge of finish milling operations and associated equipment.
• Ability to identify malfunctions or abnormal operations of equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of how plant production equipment interrelates and location of equipment.
• Basic mechanical operating knowledge of production equipment used in cement manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment to ensure efficient material flow.
• Inspect production equipment and make necessary adjustments as directed.
• Identify malfunctions or abnormal operations of equipment and perform minor repairs or report findings to supervision.
• Maintain appropriate records as required.
• Identify safety hazards and repair or report findings to supervision.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
