Production Assistant and Delivery Driver - FT
About The Position
The purpose of this role is to have a dual focus. The main role will be focused on working in and supporting three different areas of the production process where needed. This will include helping with installation jobs and working in the mailing product area and bindery department as needed. The second part of this role will be helping with customer deliveries in the Helena area. This is an important role because it is customer-facing, being able to communicate with a customer professionally, being organized and being able to operate company vehicles safely. AlphaGraphics is a brand fulfillment company helping customers with creative services, custom ordering portals, ecommerce, branding, kitting, and shipping. We brand everything from printed products, signs, promo items, and swag—if a logo goes on it, we produce it. AlphaGraphics provides virtually any visual representation a company will need. We fulfill at break-neck speeds without losing that personal touch. The AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls location is part of a larger organization called Speedy CPS. Speedy CPS has 17 locations in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
Requirements
- Have an excellent driving record and provide a copy of a driving record within 15 days
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions-oriented

- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Regular lifting, bending, and reaching required

Responsibilities
- Be detail oriented by organizing customer orders, packaging and loading delivery vehicles in a safe and effective way.
- Organize, stage, and designate delivery routes and shipping schedules
- Load and unload customer orders and incoming shipments
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance to move materials and products
- Safely operate company vehicles and remain alert and responsible while driving
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and presentable
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
- Be able to adapt quickly so that time in multiple departments each day are productive
