Requirements
- A strong eye for detail
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- A high school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience in production, assembly, retail, or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to help bring top-tier performance products to life
- Assemble parts and systems with care and precision
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-performance standards
- Load and transport materials within the production area
- Lift, move, and handle components safely and efficiently
- Communicate with teammates to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Stay focused and sharp to catch even the smallest defects
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace
