The Production Assembly role is responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance, and productivity, including troubleshooting production problems, performing machine set-up, and working to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties. The role also requires completing company records and installing/removing batteries as needed.

Requirements

Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned.
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management.
Ability to follow written instructions or samples.
Ability to handle lifting requirements.
Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as stated in Job Safety Analysis.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity.
Troubleshoot production problems
Perform machine set-up
Work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.
Complete company records as required.
Install and remove batteries as needed
Performs all work in a safe manner.
