About The Position

A confidential manufacturing facility</b> is seeking a dependable Production Assembly Worker</b> to join its secure production team. This role supports the assembly and packaging of high -quality products in a fast -paced environment where attention to detail and security compliance are critical.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required
• Ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line tasks including assembling, fabricating, and testing parts and finished products.
• Safely set up and operate equipment while monitoring for proper performance.
• Handle materials and products manually, ensuring accurate movement between production areas.
• Finalize, package, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and quality guidelines.
• Identify and report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the team leader or supervisor.
• Support team goals by meeting daily production targets and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
