What You’ll Do As a Production & Assembly Operator, you will: Work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools Assemble and sub-assemble mission-critical components Learn high-precision craftsmanship through structured on-the-job training Play a direct role in building high-quality products that matter
Requirements
- Have 1+ year of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
- Have good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Can follow written work instructions in English
- Enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated
- Willing and able to cross-train and rotate tasks
- Can stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs as needed
- Are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or able to meet government requirements
