Requirements

  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
  • Have good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
  • Can follow written work instructions in English
  • Enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team
  • Are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated
  • Willing and able to cross-train and rotate tasks
  • Can stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs as needed
  • Are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or able to meet government requirements
  • This is an active, hands-on job that includes standing, bending, lifting, and assembling small components with precision.

Nice To Haves

  • Have 1+ year of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Assemble and sub-assemble mission-critical components
  • Learn high-precision craftsmanship through structured on-the-job training
  • Play a direct role in building high-quality products that matter
