Taylor Corporation is seeking to expand its Production Assembly and Support team at the Radcliff, KY facility. This position involves a variety of hand operations, including labeling products, cutting, wrapping, and using tape dispensers. Employees will also be required to perform repetitive motions, such as operating foot controls. The role includes packing products into boxes, ensuring that lids are taped shut properly for shipping, and inspecting products for quality defects. Additionally, employees will stack, pack, and transport printed materials at various stages of completion on pallets, as they accumulate on delivery tables of specific equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and following specific job instructions to produce orders according to specifications. Maintaining attendance according to facility guidelines is crucial, as is the ability to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors while performing daily responsibilities. The role requires flexibility, as employees may need to float across departments and assist where needed. Adherence to safety rules, procedures, and standards is also a key aspect of this position. The work schedule is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime when necessary.
