Sizemore, Inc. is looking for Production Assemblers in Swainsboro, GA! Pay rate: starts at $14.00/hour. Shift available: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-10:00am. We offer weekly pay & benefits! The Production Assembler is expected to build and assemble products and the parts connected to that product. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of previous experience in production assembly required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed.
