About The Position

Stand-By Personnel is hiring Production Assemblers for a specialized manufacturing facility in Seneca, MO. This role involves assembling and testing products according to technical drawings, using advanced equipment, and following strict quality and safety procedures. Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to obtain ATF clearance for work at an Energetic Devices Facility.
• Task-specific certifications preferred (electronics soldering, spot welding, crimping, laser beam welding, ESD, DOT packaging/shipping, brazing, etc.).
• Experience with automated or manual assembly equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with automated pressing equipment and dies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Proven record of excellent attendance, reliability, and organization.
• Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen (no felony history).

Nice To Haves

• Task-specific certifications preferred (electronics soldering, spot welding, crimping, laser beam welding, ESD, DOT packaging/shipping, brazing, etc.).
• Experience with automated or manual assembly equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with automated pressing equipment and dies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, potting, soldering, and spot welding.
• Assemble products per blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate and program task-specific equipment, including laser beam welders, helium leak testers, digital X-ray systems, and electronic volt meters.
• Process electrodes by cleaning, sorting, assembling cells, and activation.
• Use specialized equipment such as wrappers, winders, filling systems, surface grinders, servo presses, and hydraulic presses.
• Conduct self-inspections to verify product quality.
• Collect and organize process and product data.
• Meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
