Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in assembly or a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to consistently produce quality work.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent hand/eye coordination.
Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to stand up for at least 10 hours a day.
Must be flexible to work in various stations.
Must be able to work overtime if needed.
Must stay focused in fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble seat belts, seats, and/or buckles to specifications.
Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Assist other workstations as needed.
Clean and maintain work area.
Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work.
Other related duties as assigned.
