About The Position

Wavetronix, the global leader in radar-based vehicle detection technologies, seeks a Production Assembler to help us build and test radar traffic control devices. This position plays a key role in ensuring company products are built and tested to a high-quality standard. He or she will help the company meet aggressive shipping schedules. The person chosen for the position will positively contribute as a team member in a fast-paced, high-functioning team environment. They will be expected to provide ongoing effort to continuous improvement measures. This role is full time onsite at our Springville, UT campus.
A successful Production Assembler will accomplish the following:
First 90 days
· Enthusiastically participate in personal development training.
· Demonstrate competency for all positions of assembly line.
· Freely navigate the database of Work Instructions.
Year 1
· IPC-610 certified.
· Demonstrate the proper test procedure for all Click devices.
· Exhibit the ability to operate the test software for each sensor
Beyond Year 1
· Actively participate as a strong member of a team working on continuous process improvement.
· Mentor other individuals to help improve the overall success of the team.
