Sizemore, Inc. is looking for Production Assemblers in Swainsboro, GA! Pay rate: starts at $14.00/hour. Shift available: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-10:00am. We offer weekly pay & benefits! The Production Assembler is expected to build and assemble products and the parts connected to that product.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of previous experience in production assembly required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed.
