Whether you're handling materials, assembling components, or ensuring every fixture meets our high standards, you’ll be part of a team that values precision, teamwork, and excellence. ________________________________

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (We do not provide work sponsorship for this role)
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, bending, lifting (15-45 lbs.), and using tools for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools.
  • Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect products and materials to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and meet production goals.
  • Identify and report any safety or quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for a safe and efficient environment.
  • Participate in training and improvement initiatives to enhance skills and production performance.
