About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies of industrial air compressors and vacuum systems in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar production environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test components for industrial air compressors and vacuum systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper functionality of components, parts, and assemblies, conducting quality checks and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery used in the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of completed work, inventory, and parts used during assembly.
  • Follow all company policies regarding product quality, safety, and productivity.
