Your Impact: · Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders. · Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader. · Packs finished product for shipment. · Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment. · Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements. · Got Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards. Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: · Must have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. High School Diploma/GED is preferred. · Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment. · Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency. · Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices. Physical Requirements: Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending body downward and forward at the waist. Standing for sustained periods of time. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 71,100.00 - 132,100.00
