About The Position

This position will be responsible for assembly of mechanical components to prints, bill of materials chart and shop order specifications, mount and fasten units using mechanical or power hand tools. Interpret assembly drawing instructions. Dedicated, meticulous, self-motivated and team oriented with the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Ability to solder and work with hand tools
• Attention to details
• Strong documentation and record keeping
• Interpret assembly drawing instructions and bill of materials
• Assemble and test PC boards according to specifications
• Assemble various types of cables, including insulation stripping and wiring
• Previous wiring experience

Responsibilities

• Consistently use tools and processes to meet required delivery schedules
• Maintain a high level of quality by following established processes and procedures
• Successfully adapt to customers changing needs including delivery schedules, and configuration changes
• Effectively work with other departments to maintain consistent and efficient production
