About The Position

The Production Assembler is integral to the manufacturing process, focusing on assembling high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production goals in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to use power tools that may include drills, rivet guns, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines, which may include drills, rivet guns, etc.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
