Requirements

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime when required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble window and door components using tools, fixtures, and clear work instructions
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors
