About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to join Hobby Lobby’s Art/Creative Department . The ideal candidate will have experience in print and digital production, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple teams. If you’re passionate about the details and bringing designs to life, we want to hear from you! \Who you are: An individual who is able to anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise. Experienced or qualified in a related field, and/or demonstrates strong graphic design skills. Continuously expanding knowledge of relevant software, techniques, industry trends, and the customer. An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture. Excellent at managing time and multitasking while also maintaining excellent attention to detail. What you will do: Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers, and cross-functional Teams to complete basic design assignments and file prep. Review final designs and files to ensure project objectives have been met and all aspects are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards. Enter and monitor project information in MARVIN and other Team records. Perform basic administrative tasks like tracking statistics and preparing reports as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
Adobe Creative Suite skills required
Proficient Mac skills
Proficient Excel skills

Responsibilities
