About The Position

A leading home décor manufacturer is seeking a Graphic Production Artist with both production accuracy and artistic range. This role supports mass‑market licensed wall décor, so we’re looking for someone who can paint digitally and traditionally, understands surface design, and creates artwork with broad retail appeal. A strong eye for composition, color, and trend‑driven aesthetics is essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years print production or print shop experience
• Strong Photoshop & Illustrator
• Understanding of surface design and mass‑market visual trends
• Experience with commercial printing, bleed setup, and CMYK workflow
• Strong layout/typography accuracy
• Fine art skills required (digital + traditional painting preferred)
• Print-focused portfolio is Required (no motion, branding or UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Prep press-ready CMYK files (bleed, 300 DPI) for mass retail wall décor
• Resize and adapt artwork across multiple SKUs and formats
• Perform color correction and ensure consistency across product lines
• Maintain organized production files and naming convention
• Apply strong visual judgment to enhance artwork for mass‑market appeal
• Incorporate vector elements when needed (not the primary focus)
