About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Graphic Production Artist to support new Wholesale and DTC initiatives across customization, partnerships, and licensing. This role is a key member of the graphics team, responsible for ensuring all artwork meets technical, brand & partner standards from concept through production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is comfortable managing a high volume of styles and assets with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

Excellent organizational and comMinimum of 3 years of experience on an apparel graphics team; licensing experience preferred
Proven expertise in building accurate, production-ready graphic mechanicals
Strong understanding of print and embroidery techniques, including usage and application
Ability to manage a high volume of styles and assets with exceptional attention to detail
munication skills, including strong file management and version control practices
Strong visual judgment and creative sensibility
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
A resourceful, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Experience with PLM systems a plus

Responsibilities

Create production-ready mechanicals for apparel and accessories, from both in-house and external creative partners, ensuring all files meet Faherty and vendor specifications
Produce and maintain customer-facing mock-ups and presentation decks for Wholesale Business Development.
Manage a high volume of styles and artwork across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery
Maintain organized, production-ready file structures and version control across all graphic assets
Create and organize assets for eCommerce imagery
Partner closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and support additional graphic needs as required
