About The Position
Join us at our Job Fair – March 10 starting at 11:00 AM Come thrive at Suja Life, where we create organic, cold-pressed beverages and offer opportunities to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are actively hiring for multiple production and operations roles across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As a member of our production and operations team, you will be responsible for performing hands-on manufacturing tasks across Bottling, HPP, Packaging, and Packout departments. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining production standards, assisting with material handling, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures
- Production mindset with a sense of urgency
- Punctuality and consistency in performing duties
- Must pass a fit-for-duty physical exam
- Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer areas down to -10°F
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, lift 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. continuously
- Perform repetitive motions including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment
- Sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to safely operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery
- Tolerate constant movement, varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration
