About The Position
Are you eager to launch a rewarding career in the insurance industry while learning from experienced professionals? We’re looking for a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team as a Production Agent Trainee, or Production Agent (determined by experience). In this dynamic role, you’ll be mentored in the art of crafting personalized risk management solutions for a variety of clients—including personal lines, small commercial accounts, and individual Life & Health portfolios. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting client retention, servicing a dedicated book of business, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. If you're a driven learner with a passion for helping others protect what matters most, we’d love to hear from you! If you already have experience as a licensed insurance agent or have a strong background in sales and client relationship management, we’d still love to hear from you. We’re open to hiring a Production Agent outright for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running.
