Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with equivalent/relevant fragrance industry experience required - minimum three (3) years
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems, logistic software, and 'just in time' operational principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer proficient, including database, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet applications
• Good with numbers and possess a strong working knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and effect change

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions to ensure that the highest possible service levels are achieved on a daily basis
• Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of both outbound production and lab orders on a daily basis
• Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist Manufacturing Management with communication and feedback to the Manufacturing Staff to help drive Productivity improvements
• Assist the Production Support Supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting
• Deliver samples to QC, box samples for delivery to customers, perform shipment transactions into transport systems such as FedEx and UPS
• Assist with Process Order Scrubbing, Lab communication as needed
• Work with QM to resolve quality related manufacturing or material problems
• Assist in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed
• Provide communication to key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial
